Julian Bendinelli Law Firm is pleased to welcome Brooke L. Loftus as an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Boulder office. Brooke brings nearly four years of legal experience, a strong foundation in trial advocacy, and experience representing injured people in complex cases.
Brooke joins the firm after practicing for approximately four years at Fitzsimmons Law Firm in Mason City, Iowa. Her approach to the law reflects the same commitment to preparation, accountability, and trial advocacy that guides Julian Bendinelli Law Firm.

Trial Experience and a Commitment to Advocacy
Brooke is admitted to practice in Iowa, Illinois, and Colorado, as well as the US District Court in the Northern District of Iowa. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2021. She previously earned a B.A. in Ethics and Public Policy with a minor in Rhetoric from the University of Iowa in 2018.
Her trial experience includes serving as second chair in a difficult single-vehicle auto crash case in June 2026. The case resulted in a $230,000 verdict, including a loss of consortium claim for the plaintiff’s minor child.
Brooke is also a Keenan Trial Institute Graduate and Faculty Member. She has presented on trial and litigation topics, including The Veteran and the Rookie: Who is Mentoring Who? at the Iowa State Bar Association Annual Meeting in June 2026 and Corporate Representative Depositions: Strategy, Execution, and Use for the Iowa State Bar Association in November 2025.
She is a current member of the Iowa Association for Justice, Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
